HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM OR ITEMS?

All returns with Joe Weaven are FREE! Please contact our friendly staff at Joe Weaven to receive your unique return paid number to add on the parcel and to quote to the Aus post staff by emailing contact@joeweaven.com
If you need to make a return, simply follow the instructions below:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (whenever possible). Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • All items must be returned unused and undamaged in good condition, with tags attached, to ensure credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  • Enclose the top portion of the original packing slip with the item(s). You must also fill out and include the Returns Form. Please make a copy of the packing slip to keep for your records. If you cannot send the original packing slip or a copy, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item(s).
  • Before sending your return shipment, please completely remove or cover the original shipping labels from the outside of the package.

  • All return shipping charges will be paid by us.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 - 10 days of our receiving your returned items. 


For International shipments follow the same details as above.

**Please note we cannot accept C.O.D delivery for international shipments. all international returns shipments must be pre paid.**

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR SHIPPING?

Here at Joe Weaven we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, depending on the carrier that we use and depending on your location in the world we are shipping to shipping times will vary.

  • Australia - Domestic express shipping (Next day delivery to Express post network areas) for AUD $12.99 
  • New Zealand - International standard shipping (5 - 14 days) - FREE
  • Europe - International standard shipping  (5 - 14 days) - AUD $29.95 (Spend $99 and up and receive free shipping)
  • Africa - International standard shipping (5 - 14 days) - AUD $29.95 (Spend $99 and up and receive free shipping)
  • Asia - International standard shipping (5 - 14 days) - AUD $28 (Spend $99 and up and receive free shipping)
  • Central America - International standard shipping (6 - 17 days) - AUD $29.95 (Spend $99 and up and receive free shipping)
  • North America - International standard shipping (5 - 14 days) - AUD $29.95 (Spend $99 and up and receive free shipping)

All orders will be delivered by our carrier partners, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Order before 11am AEST and select Express shipping to receive your order the next business day! (Australian Express post network areas)

As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

*Important* - Sometimes customs will delay and order, we are unable to prevent this and have no control in how long it takes to clear customs.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are in stock unless “Out of Stock” is displayed on the product. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT PRIVATE?

To register with Joe Weaven we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address.

When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date.

If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
